Inoa Luxury Villa starts from the idea of the implementation of nature in architecture. Its name refers to the Inoa river, located just a few minutes from the natura tourist complex.

It has 3 bedrooms, living and dining areas, tv room, office, garden, , kitchen, laundry area, 2 terraces, picuzzi, among other areas. Its main objective is to provide a pleasant user experience.

AMINA APARTMENT COMPLEX

Amina Apartment Complex is made up of three attached blocks placed in a stepped fashion in order to implement one of the main concepts when designing the masterplan, the topography.

Its name refers to the Amina river that is near the site of the complex. The stagger is not only seen in a planimetric way, but also in its facade and morphology, with the set of forms where the subtraction and addition stand out. This allows to create a visual experience.

MERKEZ TOWERS

Merkez Towers is a project composed of a large plaza, two underground parking levels, three commercial levels and forty residential levels. It has 8 apartments per level, giving a total of 320 homes.

Its orthogonal morphology is wrapped in a second facade composed of serial planes that break up creating large curves that provide movement at a visual level.

HOMINUM URBAN BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Hominum is an urban boutique hotel.

It has a total of 15 levels of luxurious facilities for the user experience.

Starting from the bottom up, there are 2 levels of underground parking, followed by 2 levels of social, administrative and service areas. The next levels are rooms of different types: single, double, junior suite and master suite. Finally, there is a rooftop area with a pool, jacuzzi and bar area to enjoy an outdoor environment away from pollution.

Its double façade of micro-perforated metal panels provides an aesthetic and attractive value to its exterior.

HOSPITAL MATERNO INFANTIL SANTO SOCORRO

This project for an intervention proposal of the Hospital Materno Infantil Santo Socorro that seeks to enrich the user's experience. The main objective of the intervention is to cause a positive impact at a social level in the country. It main goal is to create a friendly environment and comfort for the user.

This center mainly treats respiratory and psychiatric diseases, however, they work with other health areas. The blocks with the easiest access are emergencies, laboratories, reception, offices and diagnostics. In addition to these, there are the blocks of administrative areas, psychiatry, hospitalization and surgery, services and annexes, which are made up of the morgue, vaccination area, water pump and generator area.

EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CHILD CARE CENTER

The proposal of this Center specialized in educational development, care and the intellectual, social and physical well-being of infants, contemplates spaces conceived from a strategic approach of spatial development, regarding measures that guarantee the recognition and fulfillment of essential rights for the infant such as quality education, in the three educational stages offered by the project, these being early stimulation, initial education; which is equivalent to the first cycle, and primary education; second cycle, which extends until the sixth grade of primary school. In addition to this, there is a focus on comprehensive care and health.

It is an escape from the usual, from the monotonous, to a world created by ourselves, full of experiences, emotions and feelings. My goal is to create wonderful projects that can contribute great things to our society in the near future.
